At GRUB’s Kitsch Christmas Parties, we are proud to offer something a little different. By booking a kitsch party with us, we’ll reserve you as many tables as you need (indoors) in a shared party space with a cracking festive atmosphere and all the kitsch touches.

Dress code is casual, Christmas jumpers are preferred but come in whatever you feel comfortable! Perfect if you’re coming straight from the office, home or university!

 Food will be provided by street food trucks and traders - something for everyone! No lukewarm parsnip soup or restrictive set menus to be seen! And no pre-orders to stress over either!

Our traders are all veggie / vegan friendly and are happy to discuss other dietary requirements - get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Once everyone has eaten, head over to our kitsch Christmas ballroom in our live space adjoining the main Hall where your guests can enjoy hosted karaoke on the stage with dancing and good times - trust us, they’ll love it.

£25 per person
Includes 1 main meal to be selected from our street food traders, 1 house drink token (beer, wine, spirit & mixer or non-alcoholic alternative) to be spent at the bar, karaoke and dance-floor from 10.30pm and a thank you gift for the party organiser

🎄Package 2 - GOLD🎄
£35 per person
Includes 1 main meal to be selected from our street food traders, a glass of fizz or 0% bubbly on arrival, 2 house drinks tokens (beer, wine, spirit & mixer or non-alcoholic alternative) to be spent at the bar, karaoke and dance-floor from 10.30pm and a free thank you gift for the party organiser

Kick the night off with a retro buffet bang! Our team will bring you a sharing box of retro buffet faves including pork pies, sausage rolls, cheese, crackers, chutneys and not forgetting the cranberry. Arrives at your table in a wrapped festive presentation box, feeding 8-12 people as a welcome snack / starter.

🍺CRAFT BEER BUCKETS🍺
£25 per bucket of six cans
Let us set up a tasty mixed bucket of ice cold craft beers at your table for you all to enjoy.

🍷EXTRA DRINKS TOKENS🍷
£6 per person
If you’d like to buy extra drinks tokens for your group to use, that can be easily arranged! Just let us know how many you’d like to buy and we can sort that for you.

CHRISTMAS PARTY BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
✨Once you have enquired, we are happy to hold your date for one week. Once this time has passed we will release the date to other enquiries.
✨To go ahead with your party booking you will need to let us know how many people you’d like to book for and which party package you have chosen.
✨To secure your date we will issue you with an invoice for your deposit which will need to be paid within 7 days of receipt.
✨The deposit is the 50% of your chosen package per person (i.e. £12.50 per person on the silver package and £17.50 per person on the gold package).
✨Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable.
✨You may make changes to your booking and amend guest numbers up to two weeks prior to the event, dependent on availability. ✨ Please note, you may only reduce your number by 75% of your original booking. For any reductions in numbers, we will not be able to refund their deposit.
✨The final balance will be due two weeks before the event.
✨Food and drinks tokens from the packages purchased will be given out to the party organise to distribute.
✨ We can always cater for vegetarian and vegan options. However, there is no guarantee that we can accommodate every allergy and dietary request. Please discuss any special dietary requests with us at the point of booking.
✨Final numbers and breakdown of allergen information must be shared with us at least two weeks before the event.
